The information, services, and content provided by WellRestedBaby are for informational and educational purposes only. I am a certified pediatric sleep specialist, not a licensed medical provider. My recommendations and consultations are based on my professional training and experience, but they are not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. My focus is on providing sleep support strategies that align with your family’s needs and promoting healthy sleep habits. Any changes in your child's sleep patterns that may be related to medical conditions should be addressed by a healthcare provider.

1. Services Disclaimer
I provide pediatric sleep education and support services based on evidence and experience—but I’m not a medical provider. My support is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please always check in with your pediatrician or healthcare provider if you have concerns about your child’s health or development.

2. Results Disclaimer
Every baby is unique. I tailor my approach to your family’s needs, but I can’t guarantee specific outcomes. There are a lot of variables that impact sleep (teething, illness, milestones, developmental leaps—you name it), and some of them are just out of our control.

3. Booking + Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless I’ve stated otherwise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Life happens—I get it! But refunds will not be issued for no-shows or last minute cancellations.

4. Rescheduling
Parenting is unpredictable, and I’m flexible when I can be. You can reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice, and I’ll do my best to find a time that works.

5. Intellectual Property
Everything I create—from blog posts and guides to digital resources and sleep plans—is original and owned by me. Please don’t copy, share, or repurpose my work without permission. Sharing is sweet, stealing is not.
